Team Lead NRI Sales - South East Asian Market (SEAN)  Purpose of the Role:  - The incumbent will be responsible in the marketing function the portfolio in international markets and  institutions.   - She / He will drive all the key initiates in this space & be part of the think tank to drive business in  this domain from planning to execution.  - To evaluate the size of business from the NRI market and to create & execute a cogent market building strategy for the USA/SEAN market  - Day to day activities to be planned with the team taking inputs and feedback from the NRI Head  - To focus heavily on international business from the USA/SEAN market  - Tie up with all the channel partners in USA/SEAN and generate sales leads  - Identify all the real estate agents, ICPs and IPC's who work with NRI's to generate leads.  - Liaise with channel team for NRI lead generation form international markets.  - Coordinate with the NRI team for activities and event participation  - Ensure conversions from leads generated  - Attending clients at site Location  - Check all the competition in the catchment and update the same on regular basis.  - Update the team with real estate market information on regular basis.  - To set up a network and base in key countries for the Sales Team to conduct road shows  - To empanel a strong Channel network who will contribute to the sales for specific projects  - To meet, motivate and ensure steady flow of transactions from the Channels and road shows conducted  - To liaison with various Indian Associations directly and set up base for the sales team to visit and transact  - To identify key mediums which will efficiently help in creation and execution of transactions  Mohit Mehta
