GM - Information Technology/Application Specialist from Tier one Institute.

Educational Qualifications B. Tech/ B.Sc (IT) + MBA preferred. Preferably IIT Graduates.

Functional Experience Requirements

- 15+ years of professional experience, of which at least 8-10 years has been into IT and/or Business consulting. Startup experience would be a definite plus.

- Successfully managed key projects inclusive of business processes, consulting, business transformation and the IT system Solutions

- An in-depth understanding of both Business and IT strategy with a principled approach to broader architectural challenges and opportunities.

- A strong understanding of organisation strategy and the ability to design information systems to delivery that strategy

- Conceptual understanding of different architectures and components

- Strategic thinker, analytical, detail/results oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethics

- Ability to plan, estimate and lead projects, bringing the benefits of technology to solve business issues while also managing costs, risk and resources

- Ability to liason with non-technical customers, to conceptualize, launch and deliver technology-enabled business change projects

- A team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel (short duration) for business

Key Responsibilities

- Solution's (strategize, define, execute and support) an end to end IT platform for the SCM Business Segment, from shaping a solution, defining features, digitization process, product backlog, development prioritization, quality assurance as well as end-user support

- Analyse current solution architecture & design and propose solutions that increase business value, optimize performance and enhance quality.

- SPOC between customer and Client Vertical / Functional head for Solution design and deployment

- Lead process flow simulations for showcasing solution capability and benefits to prospective customers

- Lead agile solution delivery including storyboards, wire frames and user stories.

- Design and deliver a working technology platform, complying high quality and security standards.

- Conduct detailed discovery analysis with an eye towards development.

- Identify technology dependencies, current backup methodologies, technologies and critical components

- Responsible for optimization of the offered solutions

- Manage & mitigate the risks associated with the proposed solution

- Chair meetings to capture customer requirements and evaluation / analysis of their data
