The position would report to Vice President-HR.

An ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience in HR as a Generalist ( preferably from 2002/2003 batch ) from reputed Tier 1 institute like XLRI / TISS / XISS /SIBM /Narsee Munjee /MDI / XIBM.

Salary will be excellent and not at all a constraint for the right candidate.
