GM - Human Resources - Power/Telecom

Our client is a leading Indian business house the the power and telecom sector.

Looking for a GM HR to be based in Delhi, responsible for:

- This role requires good level of financial & business acumen, base level of legal and compliance knowledge, business understanding and challenges/context, project management skills and process + systems orientation.

- Translation of business strategy in workforce requirements and plans. Individual should have strong project management experience

- Managing and setting up project teams across India

- Looking after talent acquisition and leadership development

Requirements:

- Full time MBA from a reputed institute

- Minimum 12 yrs of experience

- Worked with large established firms, with a stable track record
