Job Description:
- Ensure adequate human resources to meet the strategic goals and operational plans for the organization
- Should have all the required skills in core strategic HR area.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Keep up with social, economic, legislative and technological trends that impact on human resources.
- Remain flexible so that the organization can manage change if the future is different than anticipated
