They are looking out for General Manager - HR in Ahmedabad.  The person will be reporting into the Head HR.  Below are the requirements for this role:  - Person should have 15-20 years of experience in HR  - Ability to lead a team of HR professionals, guiding them across Recruitment, Training, C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Mgmt, Employee Engagement etc.  - Ability to deal with senior stakeholders managing the organizational dynamics.  - Very good communicator, apolitical, however, should know how to deal with org politics.  - Currently the employee strength is abt 900. However over a period of 2 years has potential to grow to about 4k+.
