Education: MBA from premier institutes.
- Knowledge in IR is essential
- Should have experience in HR practices of Manufacturing and Sales related areas. Working in a corp. role would be preferable
- Manpower Planning
- Recruitment/Separation of all the corporate resources.
- Policy deployment plans & charts
- Monitoring various Training and Development plans.
- Responsible for HR interventions/OD initiatives
- Performance Counselling of Corporate resources
- Employee Engagement
- Compensation revision
Competency Profile required:-
- Meeting Recruitment cycle time & Recruitment cost
- Talent search,Recruitment and retention and development.
- Tapping Human potential
- HR initiatives - Cultural Change, Quality & Cost consciousness and customer orientation.
