Candidate Profile:
Gurgaon – Candidate from IT industry are preferred with regular / full time degree of MBA. For Sr. Manager exp should be 10 Yrs and for GM Level exp should be 13 Yrs+
Bangalore – Candidate from IT Industry are preferred with regular / full time degree of MBA. Minimum 14 Yrs exp is required to apply for this position.
Both are typically Business Partner role, Bangalore one is a People Management role. For Bangalore candidate must be in People / Team Management role is must.
Job Profile:
Looking for a senior seasoned HR Business Partner Professional to drive various HR initiatives, process and programs in the organization. This position has generalist/business partner responsibilities including developing, managing, implementing, and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives. This includes developing strong business relationships with the management and client group; developing and driving the people strategy for the business; analysing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions; participating as a member of the Global HR team; and driving and supporting HR initiatives.

Strong People Manger capability to build coach, develop and retain a strong HRBP team and enabling them to provide HR consulting, diagnostics and execution support to business on the people agenda. Must be able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in this fast moving, dynamic environment.
