Position - Head safety PAN India Coordination & Controls.

Division - Industrial Project Division

Projects - Building/Residential/Commercial

Location - Kolkata

Industry - Construction/Infrastructure/Real Estate.

Experience 18 - 25 Years

Salary Range - 12 to 18 LPA.

Qualification - Min BSC Graduate with PCM as a subject must possess degree in Safety Engineering only from reputed institute. (Correspondence Course's candidate need not apply).

JD & Role:

- Competency in developing & implementing HSE Management System

- Conducting compliance audits as well as advising on HSE requirements.

- Adept at developing safety plans, overseeing implementation.

- Fire and safety training.

- Preparation of safety procedure for construction activities.

- Inspection and maintenance of safety equipment, etc.

- Demonstrated skills in relationship management & communication coupled with excellent analytical & leadership ability.

- Conducting field safety survey, site safety surveillance and auditing for compliance

- Compiling, collating and preparing monthly/quarterly status of Safety Audits recommendations and submission

- Responsibility of fire fighting system at site.

- Formulation of emergency procedure.

- Accident investigation and reporting & maintaining records and analysis of accident statistics.

- Conduction Awareness programs and Training Programs for Contractor's Engineers and supervisors

- Striving towards the goal, zero reportable incident at the project.

- Coordinates with all site HSE personal for HSE system implementation

- Encourage workers participations in Toolbox talks, Training Programs, weekly HSE review meetings to improve safety culture in the project .

- Coordinates with all departments for compliance of observations/Audits

- Development of subordinates to achieve the organizational Goal.
