General Manager /Head HR with a very large company having global presence
I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We cater to high end requirements of premier companies.
We have been entrusted by a world renowned MNC, to select the General Manager Corporate HR.
He/She would have to bring in effective leadership to the dynamic HR environment of Indian and overseas operations with an employee strength of 25000 +.
The role would be focusing on the following:
1. Talent Management
2. Talent Acquisition
3. Employee Engagement
4. Succession Planning
5. Policy framework
We are looking for a transformational leader with Strategic Thinking.
The incumbent would have to work closely with the BU heads and the Head of HR for the company and provide inputs for strategic intervention in HR areas to achieve organizational goals.
We invite applications from premier B school graduates (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, SCMHRD and similarly ranked MBA institutes) with at least 10-15 years of post qualification experience (ideally ’95 – ’00 batch pass out). Should have adequate experience in a leadership role .Must have handled talent management, acquisition, PMS, HR operations in reputed and large organizations with global presence. Should be able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices for global operations.
Should be more of a strategic HR person and not just having good transactional experience
Remuneration would be attractive.
