About our Client - Our client is a renowned Indian conglomerate with a global presence. With a wide range of businesses, our client is now seeking a talented, experience and knowledgeable Chartered Accountant to lead their finance function for their real estate business.

Job Description - As a General Manager - Finance you will be reporting to the CFO while handling a team of six finance professionals. You will be responsible for :

- Monitoring and reviewing adherence to Annual Internal Audit for all departments

- Working with externally appointed internal auditors for ensuring completion of audit plans while evaluating, reporting and consolidating actions and PLL initiatives.

- Institutionalizing and implementing enterprise wide Risk Management System while designing systems and processes to enhance product services completion and implementation of DOA and SOPs.

- Monitoring budgets OPEX/CAPEX while managing working capital

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you MUST be a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT with 10 - 12 years post qualification experience. You MUST have had extensive experience in MIS, Budgeting and Auditing. Managerial experience on at least 4 years is a key requirement.
