Key Experience :

- We Are Looking For General Manager - Finance Equipped With 12-15 Years Of Experience In Finance Domain. He/ She Will Be Required To Manage End-to-end Financial And Accounts Operations Ensuring High Operational Efficiency And Effectiveness At The Corporate Level to Ensure Effective Funds Management For Timely And Adequate Availability Of Funds To Meet Organizational Requirements.

- Professionals With Demonstrated Experience In Finance And Coming From Stb/ Dth/ Mso/consumer Electronics Sectors Will Be Most Suitable For The Role.

Primary Role :

Financial :

- Compare And Evaluate Various Avenues For Investment Of Surplus Funds Such As Equity Options, Debt Options Etc.

- Discuss Pros And Cons Of All Options With Hod And Execute The Finalized Option For Maximizing Returns

- Identify Low Cost Sources Of Funds For Organizational Operations And Conduct Effective Negotiations With Banks And Financial Institutions For Best Rates

- Ensure Adherence To The Department Budget

- Provide Timely And Accurate Cash/ Funding Requirement Forecasts To The Hod To Enable Timely Disbursements

- Ensure Timely Availability Of Short Term Funds At Optimum Cost By Negotiating With Banks And Lenders

Customer :

- Oversee Timely Invoicing And Payment Of Vendor/ Supplier Bills And Employee Salaries Across The Organization

- Manage Interactions With Banks And Other Financial Institutions For Issues Related To Funding And Cash Management

- Ensure Timely Payment Of Interest On Loans To Banks

Process :

- Controlling Of Entire Accounting Functions Of The Group Including All Direct, Indirect Taxation Matters, Sales Tax, Service Tax Etc And Finalization Of Accounts.

- Treasury, Credit, Receivables, Planning Of Inventory Control For Cost Optimization

- Dealing & liasoning With The Bank / Finance Institutions For The Existing Credit Facilities, Further Credit Facilities For The Future Expansions Of The Group

- Costing / Budgeting & All Mis To The Management

- Liasoning With The Various Authorities Including Govt. Authorities, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Other Departments.

- Planning Of The Future Expansion Of The Group And Financial Arrangements For The Same

- To Review The Existing System & Further Improvements In The Same. Technology Up Gradation In The Organization & Process For The Coordination Between Internal & External Departments.

- Coordination With Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Tax Consultants & Any Other Consultant Associated With The Group.

- Review & Implement Of Various Mis System In The Organization.

- Any Other Matter / Assignments Assigned By Management From Time To Time

- To Review And Analyse The Financial Data And Compliance Of Policies

- To Ensure All Statutory Compliances Across Business Entities

- To Oversee Financial And Accounting System Controls And Standards And Ensure Timely Financial And Statistical Reports For Management.

- Complete Management Accounting Including Periodic Closing Of Accounts.

- To Prepare All Financial & Mis Reports, Including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Information For Reports For Tax Returns, And Reports For Government & Regulatory Agencies

- To Implement Financial Processes And Controls

- Preparation Of Annual Business Plan

- Coordinating Of Monthly Commercial Review Across The Group

- Business Analysis Support
