Required for a Fortune 500 Manufacturing Company.

Position – General Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Location – Chennai

- The incumbent will be responsible for financial reports and monthly closure of books for plants, cost and process efficiency and productivity.

- Ensuring operations forecasts, alerts and intervening to ensure compliance to Plan/forecasts, developing and delivering operations / financials KPIs.

- Improving and institutionalizing controls processes around material managements in plants, working capital optimization at manufacturing locations by rigorous KPI tracking and solutioning.

- Driving capex controls and monitoring of key projects and capital spends , improving capital spends phasing and budgeting and stepping in for timely internal and statutory audit closure etc.

- The incumbent should be CA, passed out in 1998 / 1999 / 2000 / 2001 with at least 10 yrs to 15 yrs of similar post qualification experience in a reputed FMCG / CPG / Manufacturing company.
