GM Accounts & Finance

- Should be a Chartered Accountant.

- Experience of 10 years and above preferably in Services industry or group of companies.

- Develop the short term & Long term strategic plan, including initiatives and competitor analysis.

- Handle valuation viz. financial analysis in sales/margin/expense performance, working capital & Capital investment.

- Finalizing the Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts of the Companies

- Innovative Accounting and Tax Planning and Saving

- Should be conversant Foreign Inward and Outward Remittances

- Should be capable of hedging Foreign Exchange risks

- Should have ability to work out various financial models to suit the company’s long term and short term requirements.

- Should be capable of all financial compliances.
