GM - Factory Operations - Ferro Alloys (8-18 yrs)
Urgently looking for GM Factory Operations - Ferro Alloy
Qualification : Engineer in any field (Metallurgy / Mechanical/ Electrical)
Experience : 8-15 years of Factory level experience - preferably running a small / medium size Ferro Alloy plant independently.
Location : Zambia.
Responsibilities : The person has to run the plant independently. the responsibilities include-
- Providing technical leadership to the entire plant in all respect. Aligning the entire team technically and administratively.
- Maximizing production and production efficiency.
- General administration including labour, stores & inventory, statutory and legal issues for industry, managing a team of expats and managing local government and community leaders to achieve smooth and optimal operating efficiencies.
- Monitoring and controlling commercial aspect of the operations including raw material, consumables and finished goods stocks.
- MIS and management reporting.
CTC : USD 4000-4500 per month + other facilities ( depends upon current CTC).
