GM - Factory HR Head

Designation: Factory HR Head (GM)

Report to: Plant Head.

Location: Balasore (Orissa)

Job Purpose:

- Independently handling HR IR operations at the plant

- Employee Relation

- Handling Compliances

- Management of Contract labor.

- Handling Legal and Statutory matters

- Liaison with Govt. agencies, local organizations and employees

- Collaborate with Factory Head to develop, implement and execute HR plans that support the Plants strategies, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering results that further the company’s vision and business goals.

- To provide solutions in employee relations, contract labour management, statutory compliances, talent management (development, acquisition, and retention), culture, engagement and skill building.
