GM - Export Sales - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
- Heading Exports Sales (Food & commodities) business i.e. & formulating and implementing the Export policy and business plan.
- Has to Generate new buyers & plan the shipment, Identify key Market in Horeca and MRF
- To handle the distribution network in major markets all across globe.
- Managing export orders. Must have knowledge of Logistics
- Monitoring day-to-day developments in the global market and reacting positively and creatively to international economic environment
- Forecasting market direction and the food manufacturing sector.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all support systems.
- To build a world-class Export sale & Marketing team.
- Risk evaluation and regular reporting to the Chief Executive Officer on transactions, financial commitments and profitability.
Experience should include the following:
- An extremely sound understanding of and familiarity with the global pattern of supply and consumption and familiarity with producers and markets.
- A personal record of profitable Export sales & marketing and trade finance involving international markets.
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating a team. Experience of interacting at senior management level in an international Export business
- A strong grasp of the mechanics of Export and reporting systems, risk evaluation, etc.
Personal Attributes :

- The ability to motivate and lead a successful team. The reputation and maturity to enhance the Company's standing in international markets.
- Knowledge of selling commodity products in branded firms
- Knowledge of Export procedures, delivery & payment terms.
- In depth Knowledge of international consumer product and distributor network.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate with Professional Degree / Diploma in Marketing / International Business.
- Should have a minimum of 15 years experience in Export Sales in Food Industry/ Export Houses with a major international Market; Must be flexible to Travel overseas
- Must have extensive experience of export in APAC (Asia Pacific), Africa, CIS (Russian), Middle East, & North American countries.
- Must have proven Track record of his achievements
