Key activities:
- To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers.
- Managing the digital assets content creation and technical changes
- Improving Website design, architecture, usability, development and optimization.
- Improving the customer experience of visitors to company's digital assets.
- Streamlining the process followed for carrying out changes on the digital front.
- Ensuring that all aspects of Risk and security are covered for the website. Also ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Translate business requirements with agencies and ensuring they are delivered within timelines.
- Liaison between IT and the agency to ensure deliverables meet agreed guidelines.
- Conceptualisation and execution of Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation digital display campaigns.
- End to end management of digital campaigns including lead generation, measurement, reporting and optimization.
- To review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed.
- Tracking best practices within Insurance, BFSI, eCommerce segment across India/ Asia & look at opportunities of customization.
- Plan and implement the social media marketing strategy.
- Increased brand awareness for the brand across identified social networks
- Ensuring most efficient practices are followed, viz a viz new technology and competition.
- Agency management
- Ensuring that spends are within budget
