Max ctc - DGM- 30 Lakh & GM - 40 Lakh

Minimum Exp - 10+ Yrs

Qualification - MBA/PGDM Premier B School candidate (Full time)

Candidate must have good and hard core experience in Learning (Training) Development

Job Description:

- Conceptualizes, designs and delivers High quality L&D Programs by partnering with world class Management Education institutes / vendors

- Support in Developing Mahindra Corporate University at Nasik

- Co-ordinate for synergy in L&D function across the group

- Build Learning culture in the group

- Spear-head and sustain E-Learning initiatives

- Support in Change management /OD interventions such as assessment/Development centers for the group.
