GM/DGM - BTL Category Marketing

Applications are invited to work with one of the leading real estate developer in Mumbai.

Designation: GM/ DGM - BTL Category Marketing

Reports to : VP Marketing

Compensation : Commensurate with Market

Location : Mumbai, India

Education Qualification : MBA/ PGDM from Top Institutes (Batch 2007-2012 Only)

Major Responsibilities :

- Has worked with large reputed BTL agencies on procurement front /FMCG / Alco beverage /Multinational organizations in BTL team or Procurement of BTL Marketing Activities or Spend / Customer Marketing

Should have prior and sound experience in :

- Conceptualizing, managing and procuring BTL activities

- Managing event budget of Rs.15 to 20 crs plus.

Current profile should reflect the following :

BTL activities Management :

- Conceptualise, Manage and procure all BTL activities including collaterals and gifting

- To ensure consistent high quality of creative and production for all BTL activities.

- Ideating and managing the production of POS material

- Sensibility to manage luxury and lifestyle products hence exploring right collaterals, POS and BTL activities for the same

- Work with Brand/ other marketing teams to plan BTL scope.

- Carry on robust market research to identify new trends in BTL communications

- Maintaining and updating vendor/ agency database

- Collate and review supplier performance data and lead local supplier performance improvement activity with key stake holders

- Audit of requirements and efficient deployment of the POS materials produced and stocked.

Negotiations :

- Benchmarking and negotiating with vendors / agencies

- Play lead role in negotiations with the vendors with inputs from key stake holders

- Innovative ways to reduce cost and get group level benefits

Internal stakeholder management :

- Work closely with various divisions of the Marketing team to deliver on brand and marketing objectives in a holistic way

- Bringing to the table BTL opportunities in line with brand objectives
