Attributes :  - Minimum 12- 15 years’ experience in financial operations management   - Minimum Graduate. A management degree will be an added advantage  - Registrar & Transfer Agency experience in Mutual Fund industry (domestic or international)   - Experience in BPOs handling non-voice processes desirable.  - The ideal candidate can be with a combination of Mutual Fund Industry and experience in good BPOs.  Responsibilities  - The position is part of the senior management & will have P&L/ ROI responsibility.   - This role is purely operations role involving Client relationship management & involve leading huge teams & thus leadership traits & team management skills would be essential.   - The individual would take care of processes for Mutual Fund business.  - Drive the team & ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.  - Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.  - Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them  - Ensure timely & proper response to all the investors of the Client companies.  - He / she should have P&L exposure along with experience in independently managing strategic business units in domestic markets.
