GM - Campus Hiring - Employer Branding - IT (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a large well known IT services organisation with a stellar track record in the industry with ODCs spread across various locations in India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategise and Implement Campus hiring initiatives to attract and retain management grade employees in the organisation.
- Identify key premier B Schools and E Schools and build relationships for bringing in the creme de la creme of the campus to the organisation
- Employer branding initiatives through social media, digital media and other regular media channels to enhance the brand value and brand awareness of the organisation.
- Engage in Marketing and BD as and when necessary to bring in tie ups with the best campuses.
- Strategise the actual campus recruitment drives by liasoning with the recruitment teams and outside vendors is necessary. Also responsible for bringing in the right kind of talent pool in the entry level management cadres.
- Compensation and Benefits structuring with the C&B team for the new hirees based on the worth of the campuses, and market standards.
- Also oversee offer letter disposal, joining formalities and induction for the new hires, with the help of a core team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a Premier school with 10 years of experience with atleast 2-3 years of Campus Hiring experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. Should be a go getter and a smart worker.
- Very good Stetegizing and Relationship building skills.
- Must have experience in the services industries like, IT, BPO, Banking, Internet, Consulting etc.
