The position is based in Delhi, will lead a team of brand managers and report to the Head-Marketing. Our clients offer excellent job environment, salary/perks and career growth prospects.

KRAs/ Job Profile:

- Will be custodian of the brands.

- Will deliver marketing programs that build the on the leadership position & brand equity of our clients and deliver the business goals.

- KRAs will cover Marketing programs built around communication - ATL and BTL.

- Handle a team of Managers and responsible for effective utilization of the brand Marketing budget.

- Support the business objectives for brands by developing and executing marketing programs that enhance the long-term equity of the brands

Candidate Profile:

- MBAs aged 30-37 with 8-15 years relevant experience in Marketing & Brand Management in fmcg / durables / paints / lubes / building materials / BFSI / telecom / retail or any other similar products / service verticals which cater to mass markets and consumers.

- Must have 4-6 years in a senior managerial role and have experience on highly visible and consumer facing brands.

- Experience in retail marketing is desirable.

Must have:

- Proven track record in managing large brands

- Launching successful brands / products

- Managing a large team of brand managers

- Delivering compelling 360o programs to deliver business objectives
