Designation = GM/AVP - Talent.  Location = Bangalore /Hyderabad   Experience = 14 to 19 years  One should have handled a headcount of 4000 and above.  &   This is completely a strategizing role, where one would be an advisor to the business & is expected to serve following responsibilities:  - Providing strategic and consultative Talent services to business leaders.  - Identify and counsel the business on Talent issues that affect the success of the business.  - Partnering with the Business Leadership team for driving HR processes in line with the business strategy.  - Partner with the business to identify, develop and deploy Talent to ensure that Talent resources are aligned with the business strategy.  - Enable Organizational Changes including growth, M&A, divestitures and process changes.  - Collaborating with the business and COE to plan for and drive the annual performance management process.  - Drive Change Management and effective People Management advantage to the business.  - Identify, evaluate Talent risks that may arise & take talent initiatives and review the talent budget.
