Position - GM/AVP – Sales

JD :-

- Develop a sales & marketing structure to support the regional targets and growth plans

- End to end Marketing & Sales responsibility for all residential projects.

- Meet sales targets for on-going projects and forecast sales, revenue & profitability numbers for the upcoming projects

- Be the process champion for Mktg & sales and drive new initiatives for the region

- Responsibility for life cycle management - Post sales operations and customer service

- Ensure that sales targets are met

- Planning and executing trade schemes to promote sales, Channel Partner loyalty and expanding partner
network

- Driving sales through alternative channels like Corporates.

- Relationship management with various stakeholders, vendors and channel partners

- Handling Key Customers, Key potential investors to the site

- To Design, Plan and Implement Communication and Media plans for the entire existing portfolio of a large variety of Residential Real Estate.
