Looking for GM/AVP Sales & Business Development based at Bangalore for leading eCommerce Company.

Details :-

GM/AVP Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities:

- Restaurant acquisition strategy and execution across India; Identifying city wise restaurants to be acquired and aligning city teams with the same on a monthly/quarterly frequency

- Managing Sales teams across cities; Hiring and planning Sales Manager activities by city; Building PJPs, Beat plans and Sales Reporting Framewroks (~Team of 7 ASMs and 100 Sales Managers)

- Setting up processes and tools for effective account management and partner relationships; Setting up cadence for partner interaction

- Setting up standardized processes for Daily and Monthly Sales Reporting

- Ownership of Revenue (Restaurant Commissions) Targets PAN India;Work with Finance team to define targets; Set up process and targets and oversee execution and achievement across cities;

- Set up reports and analytics for the sales organization across cities

- Work with Product team to give inputs on restaurants partner's needs and help co-define product strategy

- Work closely with the Supply Strategy team to define the future of the Supply/Restaurant community on company platform as well as new initiatives for our restaurant partners

- Coordinate with Vendor Operations team to implement processes that ensure smooth operations and experience for the partners

- Working closely with the Partner ecosystem to gain a better understanding of their businesses and using this knowledge, to deploy products which are the right market-fit

- Gathering Competitive Intelligence data to ensure we stay updated on the Market dynamics

- Responsible for hiring, training new Area Sales Managers and Sales managers and mentoring the existing ones across India

Preferred Candidate:

- Post Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management with experience of managing large Sales teams

- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same

- Effective Analytical and Communication skills

- Attitude & Aptitude for processes and systems

- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life

- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach

- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward

Salary offered: 35 - 45 LPA
