GM/AVP - Project Management Office - Telecom (12-18 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- The role will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and supporting resolution of all key Mobility business programs across functions, thereby providing necessary assistance to the Mobility business head with his governance functions.
Job Responsibility :
Project Performance Management :
- Provide supervisory support to the Head, Mobility Business, monitor the progress of projects and report back to the business head
- Assist in the definition of metrics for measuring various programs and initiatives
- Own initiatives to drive project delivery and improvements
Project Execution Support :
- Identify project needs and support allocation of appropriate resources to meet timely completion of specific tasks
- Support resolution of cross-functional issues, by through meetings and other forums
- Establish project governance and escalation framework
Business Communication :
- Support the definition and communication of monthly and quarterly business level deliverables to the Mobility teams
- Apprise the senior management of project status, issues, and concerns and support resolution
- Keep all stakeholders updated with relevant information about project costs revenues, roadblocks, improvements, etc.
Process Audit :
- Organise weekly monthly review meetings with the senior management of the business and central functions
- Conduct frequent audit checks to ensure process and policy adherence
