We are in search of GM - ATM Solutions

Location: MUMBAI

Project Implementation Strategy & Planning:

- Develop the Annual Operating Plan in line with the approved budget & the target

- Monitor and review resource planning for executing the projects within cost and defined timelines

- Review the service implementation requirements and performance metrics with the team

- Monitor and guide in vendor development

- Drive and lead the project management strategy and deployment methodology

- Regularly review the organization structure to remain competitive and effective

Project Management :

- Monitor and Track project timelines and adherence to approved budget

- Set, monitor, review and guide in setting weekly, monthly targets

- Monitor and participate in project review with Internal and external stake holders

- Monitor and review performance review with vendors, risk assessment /mitigation with vendors

- Monitor and review capital expenditure request ,track project capitalization

- Monitor and review audit compliance for service delivery team

Site Sourcing :

- Set, monitor and review targets for the site sourcing team both quantitative and qualitative targets

- Drive assessment of transaction potential for the sties

- Lead and monitor co-ordination with banks for Site acceptance,

- Manage by administering, reviewing and monitoring rental portfolio with the team as per Business Plan

Site Implementation :

- Lead, guide and monitor site engineering and optimization

- Track site implementation and tech live / cash live numbers , co-ordinate with Operations for site acceptance and quality audit,

- Supervise co-ordination with the banks for site acceptance, Supervise and monitor audit compliance

Cash Take over :

- Monitor empanelment of CRA's (cash replenishment agencies)

- Monitor co-ordination between TIS & cash take over team to ensure cash live targets

Work Experience :

- 12 - 15 years of experience in operations & project management in the Payments domain (Bank or service provider) of which minimum 8-10 years of experience in ATM deployment operations
