Company is open to provisioning ESOPs to outstanding candidates with Mininum Vest in of 4 years.   Job profile:   - Overall responsible for end to end Project Management i.e. Design, execution, procurement and liasoning with clients.   - Meeting with clients to discuss design requirements, assisted with existing measurements and drafted layout of the existing spaces.   - Performed all aspects of design and client presentations for new and remodeled residential projects.   - Designed detailed drawings of interiors and specified furniture and finishes.  - Preparation of BoQ/BoM and getting approvals from client.  - PERT Chart preparation and task scheduling for internal team.  - Coordination's with Designer & PMC   - Prepared estimates of probable costs of materials, labour for projects based on design specifications.   - Handle Contractor and client with satisfaction.   - Arrange material as per schedule.   - Finish the work in target date.   Desired Qualifications & Skill:  - Post Graduate or MBA with min 3 years + with relevant field in complex operations/supply chain specific job like Plants, Factory, Shipping, Freight logistics, Events preferred.  - Excellent communication and superior email writing skills to ensure effective communication with client is a must.  - Job location is Mumbai - Malad  - Candidates having experience in Interior designing/ Architect / Construction industry are preferred.  - Knowledge of Auto CAD /Architectural Design/Product Design is preferred.
