This momentum was carried over to the next four hospitals - Dubrajpur, Bolpur, Khargram and Berhampore. 5 hospitalswas set up in a short span of 18 months, from early 2011 through late 2012. The company- s projected to deliver 20 operational hospitals by the end of this year (2015-16). While it takes a significant amount of time in most hospitals for an OPD patient to get checkups, tests and reports done, one can accomplish the same tasks in a fraction of the time at a Glocal hospital.

Profile Summary:

Qualified CA with experience in a corporate accounting role preferably in a diversified Retail / Consumer company, with operations across multiple stores / units / SBU- s. Exposure to GAAP and IFRS accounting would be essential.

Job description :

- Managing a team of CAs and accountants on a day-to-day basis towards financial accounting

- Coordinating with teams and departments on a pan-India level for financial control

- Supervising finalization and audit of book-keeping and accounts,

- Supervising statutory-related matters

- Supervising finalization and audit of Balance Sheet including consolidation of balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with IGAAP, IFRS, and ensuring timely and correct reporting to statutory authorities

- Supervising and preparing cash flow statements and other required MIS reports as updates to the CEO and top management

- Establishing internal control on financial matters, including cash management, ERP reporting, MIS reports,etc. and formulating "SOP's" for better control

- Ensuring proper Fixed Asset Accounting, including proper and timely capitalization and de-capitalization of Projects

Qualification and Skills Required:

- CA with minimum 5 years- experience.

- Additional degrees like MBA (Finance) / CS / CFA are preferred.

- Accounting, overlooking book-keeping, financial reporting as per IFRS and IGAAP reporting standards

- Exposure to book close and audits (internal / external)

- Review Balance sheet, P& L statement and other key accounts

- Microsoft office (excel is a must)

- Exposer in working in ERP enabled environment

- Knowledge of VAT, VAT returns, Excise, TDS, Service Tax, Compliances

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Location - Kolkata

Compensation - Rs. Upto 1.4 L / Month
