Required Skills :

Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Knowledge of Processes and Internal Controls, Good Excel skills, ERP knowledge Advising on tax and treasury issues. Negotiating terms with suppliers. Compliance with statutory requirements related to F&A Dept.

- In charge of all vat / service tax and any other indirect tax related compliance for the group.

- In charge of all direct tax related matters of the group.

- End to end accounting and finalization of LLP accounts.

- To generate consolidated MIS for the group on a monthly basis.

- Help the group in formulating budgets for the next year.

- Formulate a 5 year business plan for the group.

- End to end accounting and finalization of LLP accounts

Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.

Glocal Healthcare Systems Pvt Ltd. has set out to revolutionize Healthcare in this Country with the setting up and running of Hospitals in medically undeserved areas, Tier II and Tier III cities and towns.

In the first pilot phase 5 Hospitals had been set up and have been functioning well. In the phase II which started in this financial year we are poised to start 9 more Hospitals in West Bengal and 10 in Bihar. Discussions are at an advanced level for starting 60 Hospitals in the State of Uttar Pradesh over next 5 years.

Glocal is an academic partner of Mount Sinai Medical School with whom we have already conducted specialty skill training in focus areas like diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopic procedures. We are also presently working with Baylor College and George Washington University to start Academic programs in EM & critical care.
