Global Solution Manager for Scaale Group (3-6 yrs)

Description:

Scaale Capital has opened a new division specialized in developing investment packs for our clients, with the objective to help companies to create their strategy to seek capital, developing all the documents to present to investors, including valuation, financial plan, projections and business plan. This strategic document is also useful for entrepreneurs that need support building their business plan, exit strategy or struggle with how to structure and plan their growth.

- Global Solution Manager will be the responsible to execute consultative sales for investment pack, following our inside sales process and generating new business opportunities with new strategic alliances with business incubators, accelerators, government institutions and other public and private entities with entrepreneurial ecosystem.

- Every Global Solution Manager will be responsible for a particular market in the world, like Northern- Europe, Southern-Europe, USA East Coast, USA West Coast, and others, but the work place will be based in Pune (India).

Skills & experience:

- 3 - 5 years experience in sales (field and inside sales) to international companies, specifically start-ups and entrepreneurs, coordinating and following sales process through technological tools.

- Relevant experience working on sales or marketing of “development of business plans” and/or “financial products”. Fluent vocabulary and clear understanding of financial terms, like business plan, exit strategy, valuation, etc.

- Relevant experience and understanding of start-up world and entrepreneurial needs.

- Relevant experience and contacts in some international markets like Europe or USA.

- Proficiency on world, excel and power point.

- Proficiency management of LinkedIn as a lead generation tool, as well as other on-line tools and social networks.

- Experience working with on-line collaboration tools like project management tools and CRM.

- Good communications skills, both writing and verbally in English and local language.

- To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- A positive attitude.

- Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness.

- Confidence presenting to small and large groups of people.

- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.

- A smart appearance and professional manner.

- To enjoy networking and meeting new people.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Creation and maintenance of data base of potential clients in your target market, following the sales process given by Scaale.

- Execute sales process for lead generation and closure.

- Planning and preparing sales presentations.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships and potential opportunities with strategic alliance partners in the target market for lead generation.

- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

- Develop Client relationship

- Providing management with market feedback

- Proper use of CRM and on-line project management tools and reports.

Reports to: vice president (head-quartered in San Francisco, CA, USA)
