KRA's :
- Leading the Expat Program Team and the Global Assignments.
- Owner of compensation and benefits of immigrants for global team.
- Owner of end2end process of international assignments from sourcing, generating and issuing international assignment agreements, on-boarding and movement.
- Provide counsel, support and develop mobility strategies to meet the needs of the Business Leaders and HRBPs requirements, onboarding activities, seamless integration and management during their assignment period.
- Vendor Management, Selection and development.
