Global Lead - Identity & Access Management - IT

We have an opportunity for an Global Lead IAM for one of our client in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- 15-20 years of total experience and atleast 10 years of IAM experience on Implementation, Solutioning and Support

- Expertise in designing Access Management, Federated Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, Adaptive Access Management, Mobile Security, API Security, Identity Provisioning, Directory Services and Identity Governance, Federated SSO

- Experience of managing Global IAM teams of at least 100 team members

- Designing Consumer Identity & Access Management (IAM) for Customers, Independently and with the team.

- Engage with customer from requirements till designing IAM.

- Work with multiple teams for collaborative IAM Design

- Discover and proactively learn what IAM products and product features are currently demanded or will be demanded by customers

- Background in all phases of SDLC

- Strong Communication, inter-personal, leadership and people management skills
