Past experience in creating social content individually and with a team ( 6-8 years )

Basics of marketing / branding and the ability to work with consumer insights

The ability to execute a content strategy into content creation and across multiple channels for brand effectiveness, word of mouth and business results

The ability to ideate for creation of new content ideas and concepts

Oversee a team of content creator / content designer

Ability to create and maintain processes for assimilation, creation, disbursal, promotion and monitoring of content

Must be up to date with business / lifestyle / education / digital trends

Ability to work with cross functional colleagues for content assimilation and creation with key internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of all aspects of digital content creation and systems

An excellent communicator, sensitive to language, and outstanding quality of expression

Reporting in to and working with senior management

Salary Range: 10-15 LPA
