Global HR Business Partner - FMCG (11-14 yrs)

Qualification : MBA- with post qualification of 11-14 years of Experience,
Global/ International exposure is mandatory.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- HR Business Partnering role.
- Handling South East Asia.
- Develop and Deliver a People Plan that delivers Business Results.
- Business Strategy & Planning
- Capability Development
- Risk, Governance and Compliance
- Working knowledge of SA & SEAA employment legislation in relation to transfer rights and employee
representative groups
- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .
- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
- Organizational Diagnosis, Coaching and Facilitating, Change Management, Planning and Delivery Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Performance Development, Talent, Resourcing.
- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
- Ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and adherence to policies & processes across the employee life cycle.
- Develop and Deliver a People Plan that delivers Business Results.
- Lead the people transition across agreed countries.
- Lead and Manage Organizational Change.
- Industrial & Employee Relation.
