Looking for a Global Head- Learning for a Pharma/ Manufacturing Giant based In Mumbai.
The role-holder is responsible for leading the global learning function of the organization which involves the following :
Functional Expertise and Thought Leadership :
- Define the global learning frameworks and agenda
- Manage organization critical learning requirements like compliance
- Offer relevant learning solutions
- Measure effectiveness of the solutions
- Drive organizational learning capability enhancement projects
Stakeholder Management :
- Establish strong working relation with stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate effectively
- Create visibility and buy in for the function
Team Management :
- Manage performance, engagement and development of the team members
