Position Purpose:

The position is part of the Global Leadership Team and will head & lead the Global IT set-up of the conglomerate across the multiple locations in India & abroad. The incumbent is required to work with people across countries and culture; therefore, he should have an exposure of working in a Multinational Company. The core responsibility of the incumbent includes development & execution of IT Strategy. He is expected to anticipate the challenges for IT function based on the business plans and develop plans and Programmes to provide IT support and services to all our units. Therefore, along with domain expertise of various aspects of IT, the incumbent should also have a good understanding of Business processes. The incumbent should be well versed in SAP ERP.

Candidate Profile: Engineers/MBAs/MCAs aged 35-45 with 14-22 years relevant experience with reputed manufacturing multi-locational organisations. Must have had adequate exposure to SAP and led large teams.
