A client of Growth360 is looking to hire a global HR head to be based in their office in Hyderabad. This is for a US based IT Services company to oversee a total of 1500 employees across the globe.
Must have skills:
- Led a global HR role for an IT Services company
- Setup and put in place global HR policies
- Setup a world class company from a people perspective
- Led a great HR team with focus on policies, employee engagement, C&B,, rewards and recognition
You must have supported employees in the US so US exposure is a must.
