Global Delivery Leader - Big Data, Business Intelligence and Information Management
- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for Big Data, Business Intelligence and Information Management overall account portfolio.
- To lead Delivery Management for all and marquee accounts.
- This would include managing customers and their expectations.
- Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix
- Up sell & Cross sell of services
- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders.
- Delivery Leadership; enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.
- Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require ability to engage with customers at C level.
- Will be involved in solution development, RFP support.
- Create new services which map to the market place requirements.
- As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort.
