Global Compliance Manager (5-7 yrs)

Opportunity with a Specialist Risk and Compliance Firm offering governance and risk consulting services to clients across the globe.

Designation: Global Compliance Manager

Location: Noida

Shift Timings: US shift timings i.e. 2 - 11 pm. There will be flexibility on the timings during off peak days.

Minimum Qualification: CA / MBA with minimum 5-7 years

- Experience in internal audits, SOX compliance/internal control testing (including planning, documentation and testing)

- Candidate should have relevant experience in Controllership during any point in his/her career

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, strong skills in project management and engagement closure, proficiency in Visio and MS Office.

No of years of Experience: 5-7 yrs

Key Accountabilities/Job Description:

- The candidate will be responsible for leading the compliance delivery across all centres, managing a current team size of 3 people. (Expected to scale up over time).

- The candidate will report into the Global Compliance Lead.

Below mentioned is a brief description of work which the person will be expected to do:

- Ensure consistency in design of controls, compliance with client's internal control framework

- Support the Compliance Lead in hiring right set of people across all centres from where CLIENT processes will work

- Training all FTEs on SOX and specific process SOX controls and self-assessment procedure.

- Enable Company to confirm that it has operated all controls in accordance with the Client's Financial Control Framework for which company is responsible for all processes functioning at all locations.

- Ensure implementation of Client's control environment including Self-Assessment procedure across all processes transitioned to company

- Lead the self-assessment program across the process towers on monthly basis, record the results and communicate them to CLIENT and have clear remediation plans for any control failures.

- Address queries received from various teams on compliance issues.

- Maintain adequate control documentation in a standard and format agreed with the client.

- They will also be required to operate a robust change control process for any change.

- Co-ordinate with Internal and External Auditors.
