About our Client - Our client is a top tier Banking BPO which operates across the globe. As a global employer of choice, they currently employ over a quarter of a million people worldwide. Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Property & Casualty Insurance Business leader.

Job Description - Reporting to the Global Head of Insurance business, you will be responsible for :

- Heading multiple Operations units for all Property & Casualty Insurance accounts

- Managing the Service Delivery and P & L account for the all the P&C Insurance clients

- Managing global and internal stakeholders

- Driving improvements and managing client expectations

- Leading and mentoring team members in the business unit

- Driving error free operating environment by focusing on Opportunities for error and mitigating the risks

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a graduate with a minimum of 20 years of Operations experience primarily in Property & Casualty Insurance domain for Global markets (US, European or APAC).

- You come with extensive experience in Service Delivery, P&L and Account management for multiple clients. You have managed a team size of at least over 700 FTEs and you possess strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
