We are looking for strong "Business Analytics" background people working for Global clients in BFSI.  Work Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad  Level: Multiple Levels for Global Banking Client.  Role:  - Develop inferences and insights around customer behavior and profitable growth scenarios  - Design and develop marketing strategies across the customer life cycle from acquisition to attrition management including customer contact management strategies.   - Monitor portfolio profitability & other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with business objectives for profitable growth.   - Asset and liability management and pricing  Description:  - Experience in Cards, Loans, Mortgages and Liabilities and assess the impact of changes in pricing and marketing programs on business profitability   - Will drive initiatives in the areas of the marketing concepts to increase revenue, product penetration to satisfy customer needs.  - Lead analytical projects across countries globally across multiple products and functions  - Develop analytical models to assess the impact of changes to pricing, promotions, programs and products on marketing programs and on business profitability   - Structure concise reports with marketing insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking. Lead presentations and make recommendations to senior management  - Excellent Stakeholder Management  - Drive global initiatives n work closely with business teams across geographies and partnering with Analytic s team.  Qualification:-   - Previous relevant experience in banking product development, market research, business strategy and/or consulting. Experience in asset or liabilities products of retail banking is preferred.  - Strong business and Analytical skills with Project Management and ability to influence others  - Strong analytical skills with hands on experience in various statistical modelling algorithms. Knowledge of forecasting, finance modelling techniques and machine learning algorithms is desirable.  - Strong understanding of consumer finance business drivers and pro form a financial analysis  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in business terms to peers and management  - Excellent project management skills.   - Demonstrated ability to work in large cross functional teams and within ambiguous roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills  - Proficiency in SAS, Programming languages and MS Office tools like Excel & PowerPoint is preferred. Exposure to open source tools like R, Java etc. is desirable  - Proficient in Statistical Modeling using SAS and SQL.   - Strong Knowledge of Financial Analysis   - Must be strong in Marketing analytics and manipulating large data for business analytics.   - Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability   - Knowledge of working in credit cards, mortgages or retail banking will be an added advantage.   - Should have done projects in BFSI domain.   - Team handling experience would be an added advantage.  - Master's degree from IIM's / ISB / IIT's / Tier 1 colleges..
