Glitstreet (www.glitstreet.com) is building an Occasion fashion marketplace where high ticket transactions between local/regional Indian brands and customers can happen with trust and ease.

We address the problems that customers face today while buying high ticket occasion wear ( party, festive, weddings)- no go-to brand, difficult & time consuming to find the right product, pricing arbitrage, limited choice at local stores, delayed delivery, non-existent post sales customer support.

We make purchase easy & hassle free by controlling the whole transaction experience through our web & mobile platform. We have started with the NRI market and subsequently will push in the Indian market once we crack the supplier side.

Still nascent, we already have 180+ clothing designer brands & boutiques on board and have served customers in 20+ countries globally. We have just raised seed funding from seasoned investors.

Who we are:

We are a small team (- 10 full-time employees) comprising of founding members from IIT, NIFT, BITS having previously worked with Bain & Co, EY Consulting, etc. Being a small, young team, we have a great work environment with lots of fun & learning. We are being advised by Industry veterans in Fashion & Online Retail

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead the team in creating a short & long term unified marketing plan.

2.Design Online Marketing Campaigns, implement and then monitor the same to achieve goals for new customer acquisition.

3.Setup internal process to leverage customer data as the foundation of all marketing decisions

4.Manage SEO activities.

5.Be a core team member who is involved in the working of all functions but leads one- Marketing.

Who Should Apply:

1. Candidate with Digital Marketing Background

2. Prior Work ex with E-commerce or Fashion or a startup would be preferred.

3. Is looking for a challenging role with lots of learning and high paced growth

4. Has knowledge of acquiring Customers from multiple channels -Google, Social Media (Facebook/Instagram/Affiliate etc), Email & SMS Marketing.

Compensation:

We are still in early stages. There will be basic compensation ( just enough to take care of usual monthly expenses).The pay cut you take will be compensated in terms of ESOPs / equity in the company and an opportunity to learn and grow with us.
