Position Summary:

This role will be a part of Talent Acquisition COE team, and will be responsible for benchmarking, conceptualization and design of Global TA Policy for Glenmark. Apart from this role, this position will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment cycle within TAT and Cost, HR-Recruitment Systems (ATS etc.)

Job Accountabilities:

- Assist in developing a resourcing strategy by analyzing market data including talent availability, trends and competitor data.

- Has proven experience in designing Global Recruitment Policy and processes

- Ensure the strategy is deliverable within budget and make recommendations to ensure that the Resourcing strategy reflects commitment to candidate experience.

- Post all appropriate job roles on the Applicant Tracking System in line with group standards

- Full accountability for scheduling interviews, de-brief sessions and external assessments for all candidates within assigned client groups

- Complete the full end-to-end coordination cycle, including :

- Global TA updates

- Candidate Management

- HRBP / Line Manager updates

- Weekly / Monthly MI reporting

- Onboarding

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers within defined client group(s)

- Assist with the development and implementation of an effective attraction strategy / channels

- Work with Recruiter/Manager and HRBP's to conduct a review of existing attraction channels by analyzing dashboard data

- Review CV's/applications against requirements and create a shortlist for interview or review by a hiring manager.

- Support HR in executing integrated staffing plans for function, aware of all relevant redeployment and strategic change activity to ensure delivery of right skills, bench strength and pipeline.

- Primary contact and accountable for managing search consultants and recruitment agencies. Develop knowledge and experience of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment.

- Acts as an internal consultant to HR/line management, advising on local resourcing matters and providing challenge and suggestions for improving resourcing effectiveness.

- Understand external market and works with HRBPs / line managers to create competitive offers for external staff, within the Reward Guidelines.

- Ensure that recruitment channels promote diverse sourcing, selection processes are free of bias

External - Vendors, Candidates, Campus Leads, Placement Officers, Media Agencies

Internal (Apart from Direct Reports) - HRBPs, Hiring Managers, Line Leaders, Competitor Alumni for Market Intelligence

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills):

- Able to show specific examples of supporting and applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, advertising, campus, media channels, referrals, etc.)

- Awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition

- Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.

- Subject matter expert knowledge of Indian employment law

- Recruitment experience in a large organization

- Knowledge and experience of the recruitment market in which Glenmark operates

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) :

- Post-graduate degree educated or equivalent

- Able to show specific examples of supporting and applying a variety of sourcing techniques

- Awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition

- Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process
