GlenMark Pharma - Manager - Finance - CA - LATAM

CA with 3-5 years of experience is mandatory.

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports for Caribbean & Ecuador including MIS presentations.

- Checking, accounting & releasing the monthly debit notes of expenses of the distributors, post requisite approvals

- Follow up on collections / overdues and passing accounting entries in SAP along with booking of other LATAM expenses in SAP

- Inventory control both in India and with the distributors for Caribbean & Ecuador

- Secondary sales reports consolidation, mainly for Caribbean and Ecuador

- Preparation of Annual budget for these countries

- Quarterly MIS and financial accounts reconciliations for LATAM countries

- Preparation of IFRS for Dom Rep. and Uruguay

- Review of IFRS of LATAM countries and coordinating response to the points raised by statutory auditors.
