The role-holder will drive corporate HR Analytics globally. The role-holder will also support in global C&B programs.
- Domain expert in Human Resource analytics - develop HR analytics for complete talent life cycle
- Establish metrics for HR function, baseline measurements and track against targets. Track effectiveness of matrices on periodic basis
- Enhance data integrity, ensure governance and quality of Human Resource data and reports
- Use of technology to drive analytics on organization wide data
- Provide support to Human Resource Management in reporting (internal and external)
- Support Compensation and Benefit Programs such as annual increments, market benchmarking, manpower planning and budgeting
Master Data Cell:
- Owner of global employee data in HR systems.
- Define processes for maintaining HR data in HRIS
- Ensure data integrity and governance
HR Matrices:
- Defining key HR matrices with function leaders, globally for all HR functions
- Analyse data to define baseline and targets
- Ensure matrices and targets are current and aligned to changing organizational needs
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools and technology to automate HR reporting and analytics
- Interface for all external and compliance related HR reporting
- HR MIS across all functional areas - Talent Acquisition, C&B, Learning, Business Partner HR, Manpower Panning and wage costs
- Predictive analytics and tracking against forecast
Compensation and Benefits Programs:
- Support in deployment of C&B programs such as annual increments and bonuses, manpower planning and budgeting, market benchmarking
