Job Purpose : To plan and execute the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining as per the need of the organization

Job Description:

- Work with functional managers on recruitment.

- Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Build networks to find qualified candidates.

- Utilize the Internet for recruitment.

- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.

- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.

- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.

- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- Keep a track of all recruitment efforts and initiatives

Experience Required

Overall: 2-5 years in BPO industry / Software Companies

QUALIFICATION:
MBA (preferred) but not Mandatory

Key Competencies

- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal:

- Excellence in presentation, pitching, and convincing

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized way

- Ability to fulfill the targets

- Skilled in spreadsheets, trackers, and maintaining an updated datasheet

- Working Knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel), Internet

- Work under stress without losing orientation

- Self motivated
