Job Purpose : Actively participate to enable the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to business. Proactively advise on HR best practices where necessary and take a hands-on role in dealing with case work. Support the people management functions that underpin the business culture. The broad areas include: employee matters, compensation and benefits, reward, professional growth, communications and performance management.

Job Description:

- Use productive communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles

- Deal with senior and sometimes challenging individuals and build rapport quickly

- Advise managers on all aspects of people management and development.

- Have a professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals

- Play and active role with the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business

- Managing absence, disciplinary issues, grievances, sickness etc.

- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement

- Manage talent and succession planning; take overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns

- Advise on Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes

- In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.

- Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.

- Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues

- Manage HR budgets

Experienced Required

Overall: 7+ years in BPO industry / Software Companies. Those who do not have at least 5 years in BOP/ Software Companies will not be considered.

Relevant: Must have practiced all facets of HR. Well versed with Organisation Development interventions in a BPO/ Software Company.

QUALIFICATION:

MBA in HR from Premier Institute is preferred.
