GIBSS - Procurement Manager

- Shall be responsible for Cost Management & Controller in the project as per project budget provided by Central Commercial Planning team.

- Vendor Development in select technical products to ensure the company is keeping in pace with the development in the technology development in the vendor ecosystem.

- Maintain cost benchmarks for various categories and inventory reconciliation based on indented quantity and procured quantity.

- Price and terms negotiation with vendors by understanding price sensitivity factors based on the design and project requirement.

- Managing frequent transaction and progress towards contract management in select categories considering project requirement and project pipeline.

- Develop commercial benchmarks across vendors and categories for projects being executed and enable effective negotiation in upcoming projects to reduce cost progressively.

- Procurement planning based on historical data, to be prepared for new procurement orders and project requirement coming up for the next year.

- Conducting vendor performance management through quantitative and qualitative assessment of vendor's product and service delivery.
